Betrayal @ The Sumner - 2nd October 2015

Emma is married to Robert.
Robert has a best friend called Jerry.
For seven years, Emma has been having an affair with Jerry, Robert’s best friend.

Did you ever see the Guy Pearce film MOMENTO? The film that started at the end and worked its way backwards. Didn't like it or wouldn't like it? Hmmmm  Maybe this one is not for you then!
Betrayal begins at the end of the affair! There's a very big
clothesline, a guy who talks with lots of expression, a bed and lotsa talking......backwards!

The Weir @ the Fairfax Saturday 18 September 2015

Hmm. What to say about this one?
Irish pub. Talking and talking and talking. Blah, blah, blah blah.

Mr K found it tiring. Ms M couldn't understand the Irish accents. Ms K didn't see much. She napped however wished she had brought her pillow.
Mr D said, ' send me back to Gellibrand!'

The group had been split up physically with this one. Maybe it was their inability to share the lolly bag that led to their inability to sustain interest with this pick.

North by Northwest @ The Playhouse-July 2015

A very clever production with exceptional special effects which kept true to Hitchcock's original. The 'hundreds' in the cast gave 2 hrs of solid entertainment. A packed house with only lollies and some MTC buddies missing!
Top 3 for both K & D.

"Birdman" The Sumner- June 2015

A rock star, lots of disrobing, a bathtub and a trampoline. Front row seats were stressful for some who wanted to have some shut-eye. Someone missed the last 5 minutes whilst someone rated it in their top 3 and another was impressed by the acting!
